Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ubelle.co.

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.

Food Products

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, delivered food products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds for cancelled orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
