Food Products

Due to the nature of food products and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns of products once they have been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact hello@ubelle.co within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The wrong product was received

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product was defective upon delivery

  • The order was confirmed as lost in transit

  • We are unable to fulfill your order

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
